Lieb Family Cellars and Scrimshaw Restaurant Team Up for Cooking Demo
Attendees will be served tasting portions of an appetizer, two main courses and a dessert, paired with wines from Lieb Cellars.
Chef Ross will prepare an appetizer of Mah Haw (savory minced pork served on pineapple), which will be paired with Lieb's Bridge Lane Merlot. The main courses are Pad Thai (a traditional Thai noodle dish with bean sprouts, peanuts, fish sauce, peppers and shrimp) served with Lieb's Bridge Lane Chardonnay, and Mussamun Curry (red curry of beef, potatoes and peanuts), accompanied by the Cabernet Franc Reserve. A dessert of Gluay Buat Chee (bananas stewed in coconut milk) served with Lieb's Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine, will end the tasting on a delicious note.
